Aloe Vera is wonderful on the skin and you can use it in the following ways.
- As an Exfoliating and Moisturizing Pad
Just slice the leaf open then pour some coarse sugar onto the flesh. Rub this on your whole body an hour or two before taking a shower and your skin will get exfoliated and moisturized wonderfully.
- To clear Sinuses and Airways
Boil the leaves to treat Asthma and Sinuses. Take some leaves, add water and bring to boil until there is a nice effervescence then inhale it. It is great for clearing blockages and sinuses.
- Sunburn Remedy
Slice the leave and chop up the flesh a little bit then rub over the affected area. The best way is to use it straight from the plant as it has no chemicals.
- Moisturizing Face Mask
You can apply as a face mask as it is or blend it together with Avocado. You can also slice it open, pour some Jojoba Oil on the flesh then rub on face and definitely your face will glow.
- Heal Irritated Skin
Whenever the skin itches or gets lesions, rub Aloe Vera on it and it will soothe it and take away that irritating itch.
- Acne Treatment
Apply the Gel on your face after exfoliating and it will kill Bacteria that could be affecting your skin. It will also act as a protective layer to stop bacteria from getting in.
- Heel Softener
For those dry cracked heels, consider using a fleshy Aloe Vera for a foot rub and it will help soften them.
- Leave in Conditioner
Rub the fresh gel on your hands and apply on hair as treatment. You can also add it to liquid leave in conditioner. It will prevent your hair from breakage and split ends.
