A woman’s breasts naturally sag over time losing their firmness and elasticity. This is caused by breastfeeding, vigorous exercise, weight loss, obesity, menopause among other things. Below are some all natural ways that will help you lift those sagging breasts and regain your confidence.
- Ice Massage
Take two ice cubes and massage them onto your breasts using circular motions. Take one minute for each breast then dry them with a towel and put on a properly fitting bra. Stay in a reclining position for at least thirty minutes. The ice makes your breast tissue to contract making them appear firmer.
Some exercises target your breast tissue and the muscles around your chest to enhance firmness for example push-ups, chest presses and dumbbell flies. - Cucumber and Egg Yolk
Puree one cucumber using a blender then mix in one egg yolk plus a teaspoon of butter to make a paste. Apply on breasts, leave for 30 minutes then wash with cold water. Use this mask once a week for best results. Cucumber will tone your breasts and the many vitamins and minerals in egg yolk will lift sagging breasts.
- Olive Oil
It contains antioxidants and fatty acids that keep your skin healthy and free from toxins. Put some olive oil onto your palms and rub together until it’s warm. Use it to massage your breasts in an upward motion for about 15 minutes and repeat for 4 or 5 times a week.
It contains antioxidants and vitamins that tighten and firm your skin. Mix ¼ cup Fenugreek powder with water into a paste, massage onto breasts and leave for 5 to 10 minutes then wash with warm water and do it twice or once per week.
- Egg White
Beat one egg white until it is foamy, apply onto breasts and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse off with cucumber juice or onion juice then rinse with cold water. It contains astringent and skin cleansing characteristics.
- Aloe Vera
Apply Aloe Vera gel onto your breasts and massage gently with circular motions for 10 minutes. Wait for another 10 minutes then rinse off with warm water. Repeat this 4 to 5 times a week for best results. Aloe Vera helps tighten your skin and contains antioxidants that get rid of harmful toxins.
Make a paste from a pomegranate peel and some warm mustard oil. Mix well and massage onto breasts for 5 to 10 minutes each night before bed. You can also massage your breasts 2 to 3 times daily using pomegranate seed oil. It helps fight aging and sagging breasts, making them firm.
- Rhassoul Clay
Rhassoul Clay is a natural mineral clay mined in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. It contains essential minerals like silica, magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium and sodium that firm the skin. Mix 2 tablespoons of Rhassoul Clay powder with water to make a paste. Apply to breasts and leave to dry, then rinse off with warm water. Do this once per week.
- Shea Butter
It contains Vitamin E that tightens skin while firming your breasts. Rub Shea Butter onto your breasts and massage upwardly for 10 to 15 minutes. Leave for 10 minutes then wash off with warm water. For best results do this 3 or 4 times per week.
- Almond Oil
It enhances blood circulation and helps in breast lifting. Take 2 tablespoons of Almond Oil and apply on breast and slowly massage for about 10 minutes then wait for 10 minutes and wash with cool water. Do this at least 3 times per week for best results.
